Wisconsin
Blue Diamond Proppants' Wisconsin facility is located in the heart of Barron County with both wash and dry plant facilities.

Wash Facility
BDP's wash plant facility is located in Chetek, Wisconsin.
The wet plant is outfitted with a crusher, grizzly feeder, 3 deck primary screener, and 2-12x12 density separators. We finish washing with cyclones, a dual screw and double dewatering screen setup that can run 500TPH+.

Our engineered stockpile system consists of an overhead tripper conveyor that can stockpile over 500,000 tons and an underground drain system which makes for easy decanting of our washed sand.

We have proven reserves that have been serving the industry for the last 10+ years and can last another 20+ years. Our third-party quality results will show that this sand can line up next to the best in the country.
Dry Facility
BDP's dry plant facility is located in Poskin, Wisconsin. The sophisticated dry plant can produce over 2 million tons of finished product per year. The plant is set up to offer and produce high quality variations of grade demand including 16/30, 20/40, 30/50, 40/70, 30/70, 50/140 (100 mesh)

The dry plant is precisely located and served by the Canadian National (CN) railroad, with the capability to interchange with all major class 1 railroads.

With a 700+ railcar capacity with 18 ladder tracks, this facility can safely and efficiently maneuver and organize railcars by grade and inbound and outbound cars.
